Manage the industrialisation phase of a product from Request for proposal to serial production. The CIE in charge of NPI is accountable to secure the launch of product manufacturing by defining, implementing and optimizing the means and production processes to use in serial production.
Main activities:
Manage & Organize industrialisation activities
Manage and mitigate risks
Manage industrialization planning and communication of status reporting
Manage make or buy activities
Evaluate supplier competences and ratio Quality / Cost
Define and optimize manufacturing concept of the product and technology
Define , optimize and manage Industrialization budget (tool, tooling,...)
Estimate and validate manufacturing costs (cycle time, … )
Secure feasibility, validation&qualifiaction of new production means for new products
Participate to project closure and do industrialization Lessons learned
Propose actions to improve process or product
Requirements:
University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Automation, Robotic or Production management
Experience in technical field or equivalent position
Master Pack Office (Excel, word, power point)
Good knowledge planning software (Ms Project)
