Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to support the execution of digital marketing communications for our client Lenovo Data Centre Group (DCG) in EMEA. The new member of our team will support digital campaigns execution, coordinate Lenovo.com updates and support database marketing/e-mail marketing campaigns. It is a great opportunity for an energetic, motivated individual to join the regional marketing team of this leading IT brand and develop skills in the digital B2B area.
We need our new full time colleague to:
- Coordinate creation and distribution of Lenovo DCG e-mail newsletters. Cooperate with internal stakeholders on the content of the emails, process tasks with external agencies (for copywriting, translation, design), ensure compliancy with brand guidelines, coordinate email distribution, review reports and propose improvements.
- Support marketing activities aimed at enlarging our database of marketable contacts (via events, gated content, social media lead ads), support lead nurturing programs (email), prospect/lead scoring and follow up programs (i.e. via telemarketing).
- Coordinate Lenovo.com updates. Communicate with WW (USA) team about upcoming changes to Lenovo.com (i.e. new products, campaign landing pages), coordinate WW content translation to local languages, create tasks for the web developer teams in Bangalore/Beijing and follow-up to ensure timely implementation. Supporting all ad-hocweb requests/issues.
- Coordinate Lenovo.com reporting. Communicate with our Site Analytics team in Bangalore – review monthly Lenovo.com traffic reports, request creation of ad-hoc reports as needed, track site performance and propose improvements.
- Coordinate digital marketing campaign execution. Coordinate WW digital assets (i.e. banners) adaptation for EMEA needs – translation/validation and design adjustments by the creative agencies. Deal with media agency – be involved in media planning and target group definition (i.e. for ABM campaigns), supporting campaign reporting and analyse performance.
The marketer needs to be fluent in both written and spoken English and have a strong interest in B2B digital marketing. While technical knowledge of Data Centre products is not required, affinity to technology is a must.
Target education
Business Administration, Marketing Communication, or any related field backed up with work experience in Marketing, Communication, Email Automation

Position Requirements:
- English C1 (written and verbal)

- Ability to work in a virtual/remote environment (the team is dispersed across EMEA, so face-to-face interaction is minimal).

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment rather than rely on following rigid processes.
- Affinity to technology.
