Profile of ideal candidate
- High school economics, minimum
- Communicative knowledge of Hungarian (level min. B1)
- Active knowledge of English (level min. B2), Cz/Sk an asset! Our company language is English
What will you do
- Provide excellent customer service and acquire more happy customers
- Contact clients through multiple channels (phone, email, chat etc.)
- Collect documents and information from the customers to proceed with their cases
